BLASTVB LAB’S ELITE EVALUATION AND SPRING BREAK CAMP 2024
ELITE EVALUATIONS
Date: April 5th, 2024
Age Group: 13 y/o - 18 y/o
Elite Evaluations
- Duration: 1 Day (2 hours of training - training time slot will be provided after signing up)
- The Elite Evaluation is designed for volleyball players who are looking to be apart of our comprehensive mentorship program. It will focus on volleyball skills, conditioning, mental performance, leadership development, strength training and more. This will the ONLY opportunity BEFORE CLUB AND HIGH SCHOOL TRYOUTS for BlastVB‘s team to evaluate your athlete and place them in the group most applicable for their growth moving forward.
- ATHLETES MUST ATTEND EVALUATIONS to be considered into the program.
- This will be the last opportunity to be a part of BlastVB until the next evaluation period in July.
- Evaluation participants will receive a BlastVB Lab T-Shirt and be provided with refreshments and snacks throughout the duration of training.

ELITE SPRING BREAK CAMP
Date: Aperil 2nd-3rd, 2024
Age Group: 8th-12th Grade
Elite Spring Break Camp:
- Duration: 2 Days (6 hours of training)
- The Elite Spring Break Camp is designed for volleyball players who are looking to develop and strengthen their volleyball skills and techniques. We will work on advanced techniques, engage in competitive play, and emphasize the fundamentals of the game. This camp is perfect for players who are looking to get touches, gain mental toughness and get quality reps in different skill areas while working in a positive and fast paced environment.
- Camp participants will receive a Blast VB Lab T-Shirt and be provided with refreshments and snacks throughout the duration of training.

Coach Alyssa Munlyn
Alyssa Munlyn, a former standout middle blocker and an 4x AVCA All-American at the University of Missouri, transitioned from player to assistant coach at her alma mater. Renowned for her dedication, she emphasizes nurturing future volleyball talents. Beyond coaching, Alyssa is a strong advocate for mental health in sports, particularly in women's sports, understanding the mental challenges athletes face.

Jordan Screen competed as an Outside/Right Side Hitter at Georgia State University. Transitioning from athlete to coach, she founded BLASTVB Lab to bridge the gap between high school and collegiate volleyball, focusing on athletic skill and mentorship. With 6 years of coaching experience, Jordan has become a notable figure in the volleyball community, known for training elite athletes into well-rounded individuals.
