BLASTVB Lab was built for athletes who want more than extra reps.
We develop serious volleyball players through high-level skill training, mentorship, accountability, recruiting education, and intentional athlete development.
Our approach is designed to mirror the expectations of a collegiate environment — helping athletes learn how to train with purpose, communicate professionally, respond to coaching, take ownership of their development, and perform under pressure.
But volleyball is only part of the work.
At BLASTVB Lab, we believe the strongest athletes are also confident, disciplined, self-aware young women. That is why we develop the whole athlete — physically, mentally, technically, and personally.
Our goal is not simply to help an athlete make the next team.
Our goal is to prepare her for the level she says she wants.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Technical training built around efficiency, volleyball IQ, position-specific growth, and game transfer.
MENTORSHIP
Accountability, confidence, leadership, communication, and personal development beyond the court.
RECRUITING PREPARATION
Helping athletes and families understand the college recruiting process and prepare intentionally for opportunities.
PERFORMANCE CULTURE
A demanding but supportive environment where athletes are expected to compete, communicate, learn, and grow.
We don’t promise scholarships. We don’t sell shortcuts. We build athletes who are prepared when opportunity arrives.
At BLASTVB Lab, recruiting is about more than exposure — it is about preparation, fit, and intentional guidance.
We take time to understand each athlete as both a player and a person so that the recruiting process reflects not only her talent, but also her goals, values, academic priorities, and long-term vision.
Our recruiting support is designed to help athletes and families navigate the process with clarity and confidence while building the habits, communication skills, discipline, and self-awareness required for success at the next level.
Every athlete’s path is different. That is why we focus on individualized guidance, honest evaluation, and helping each athlete position herself for opportunities that genuinely align with who she is and where she wants to go.
We are not here to chase logos, force a fit, or sell false promises. We are here to help athletes prepare for the right opportunity — and recognize it when it arrives.
We help athletes develop the tools to approach recruiting professionally and intentionally through:
The goal is to be prepared for the opportunity when it comes — and confident enough to choose the right one.

Jordan Screen’s relationship with volleyball began as an athlete and evolved into something much bigger: a commitment to helping young women become prepared for the demands of high-level sport — and confident in who they are beyond it.
A former NCAA Division I volleyball player at Georgia State University, Jordan competed as an Outside/Right Side Hitter and experienced firsthand the discipline, accountability, pressure, and preparation required at the collegiate level.
That experience became the foundation for BLASTVB Lab.
Jordan recognized that talented athletes often receive plenty of instruction on how to play the game, but far less guidance on how to navigate everything surrounding it — confidence, communication, recruiting, leadership, adversity, accountability, and the transition to the next level.
BLASTVB Lab was created to bridge that gap.
Today, Jordan works with developing and high-level female volleyball athletes through technical training, mentorship, recruiting education, performance development, and intentional accountability. Her approach combines high expectations with genuine investment in the athlete behind the jersey.
Jordan believes athletes should be challenged without losing the freedom to be human.
Her coaching philosophy is simple:
Train hard. Communicate honestly. Hold the standard. Create room for softness, growth, and trust.
Athletes are expected to compete, take ownership, respond to coaching, and pursue excellence — but they are also encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, develop confidence, and understand that their value extends far beyond their performance.
That balance has become central to the culture of BLASTVB Lab.
Jordan’s perspective extends beyond the private-training environment.
As a high school head volleyball coach, former Division I athlete, trainer, mentor, and founder, she sees athlete development from multiple angles — individual skill development, team performance, leadership, recruiting, and long-term preparation.
